Now, with the step-by-step training available in Wellness Coaching For
Lasting Lifestyle Change, you can be on the cutting edge. Guided by his

skills in the wellness niche

Wellness
Coaching For
Lasting Lifestyle Change shows coaches and wellness professionals how
to work with their clients to help them find the motivation and achieve
actual behavioral change in their lifestyle. Many in the wellness field
report frustration with their efforts to help people live more wellness
oriented lifestyles. We hear over and over, “I tell them what
they need to do, and they don’t do it!” or
“We do great programs in health promotion and have great
facilities available yet many of those who really need to change never
do.” Many of us have been asked to work individually with
folks in need of change, but the same methodology that fails with a
group fails with individuals as well.
This is where Wellness Coaching for Lasting Lifestyle Change comes in.
This resource helps wellness professionals learn the coaching skills
necessary to effectively work one-on-one with individuals, even if only
for fifteen minutes at a time. The positive connection between the
coach and the person who wants to make a change empowers the individual
to recognize and draw on his or her own abilities and resources to make
lasting changes for better health. Wellness Coaching For Lasting
Lifestyle Change is the guide you need to make that connection to your
clients.
